Project timelines vary by scope. A landing page redesign typically takes 2–3 weeks. A full UI/UX engagement for a product can range from 6–16 weeks. Brand identity projects usually run 4–6 weeks. We'll give you a detailed timeline in your custom proposal.

Our primary tool for UI/UX is Figma, including interactive prototyping and developer handoff. For graphic design and brand work, we use Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). We also use FigJam and Notion for collaboration and documentation.

Absolutely. While we're based in Poland, we work with clients across Europe and beyond. We communicate in English and Polish, and we're experienced with remote collaboration via video calls, Figma, and project management tools.

Each project phase includes structured feedback rounds — typically 2 rounds of revisions per milestone. We find this keeps the process focused and prevents scope creep. Additional revision rounds can be arranged if needed, with transparent pricing.

Yes. We offer post-launch design retainers and ongoing support packages. Many of our clients keep us on a monthly basis for continued design work — new feature design, A/B testing, updates, and maintaining design system consistency as their product evolves.
